Many of our products are personalized and made to order. You are responsible for reviewing your preview and confirming that all text, spelling, dates, photos, size, and color are correct before ordering.
Previews and product images are for illustration. Actual colors, placement, and print may vary slightly because of screen settings and the production process.
Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change at any time without notice.

3. Your Content

When you upload photos, text, or other content to personalize a product, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights of anyone else, including logos, characters, or brand names.
The content is not unlawful, hateful, obscene, threatening, or harassing.

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to produce, preview, and fulfill your order and provide customer support. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe violates these rules, with a full refund. You agree to indemnify GladGifted against any claims arising from content you provide.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, and will refund any payment received.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Personalized items require production time before shipping. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on product pages and at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, but we will help with lost or damaged packages as described in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, templates, graphics, logos, text, and images (other than content you upload), belongs to GladGifted or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell it without our written permission.
