GladGifted ("GladGifted," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website gladgifted.com and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our store, personalize a product, or make a purchase. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

Contact details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.

Personalization content: text, names, dates, photos, and images you upload or enter to customize a product. We use this content only to produce, preview, and fulfill your order.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Uploaded personalization photos are kept only as long as needed to produce your order and handle any reprint or support request. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We are based outside the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
