Every gift is personalized and made to order, so delivery time has two parts: production time (making your item) and shipping time (getting it to you).
Production time
Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Holiday orders
Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are our busiest times, and carriers slow down too. We strongly recommend ordering early so your gift arrives on time.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to the door.
Sending a gift directly
You can ship straight to your recipient by entering their address at checkout. Prices are never included in the package.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may be made in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. This is normal, and you’ll receive tracking for each one.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
