Because every item is personalized and made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or spelling errors entered at checkout. But if something isn’t right on our end, we’ll make it right.
We’ll replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There is a printing error on our side
- You received the wrong item
- The personalization doesn’t match what you entered
How to request a replacement
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once we review it, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You won’t need to send the item back.

Before you check out, review every name, date and message carefully. We print exactly what you enter, including spelling, capitalization and punctuation.
Need to change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll happily update or cancel it. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
Sizing
Our sweatshirts are a unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since we can’t exchange items for a different size.
